RETURN POLICY

All Dekor-Kase products sold on www.dekor-kase.in have a 7 day return policy or a 7 day replacement policy (in case of a damage, defect or wrong product delivered). You can place a return or a replace request from the My Orders section on the website for the products you wish to return.

Conditions for the 7 day return policy :

• Returns should be booked within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product at your end.
• The products must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
• Refund (after deducting a nominal handling fee of Rs. 150/- from the billed amount) will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item back at our company.
• In case multiple products have been ordered in the same order and only some items are being returned, any discount given at the time of purchase due to multiple products ordering will be made invalid for calculation of the refund amount. A nominal handling fee of Rs. 150/- from the billed amount will also be deducted for partial return.

Replacement policy (for damaged, defective or incorrect products)

• In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect product delivered to you, customer can request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery

·         For any claim of damaged, defective or incorrect product, customer will have to first send us the following :

Ø  Your name and order details / photo of the order label / order screen shot.

Ø  Pictures of the product showing the damage / defect or wrong product.

We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.

·         Any claim without collecting the defective item from you will not be valid.

• Please note that any damage caused due to usage or mishandling on your part will not qualify for replacement.
• Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box and labels.
• We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
• Replacement will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product back at our company.
  
  

Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging.
• Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received by customer.

Mode of refund :

For all refunds we will refund the amount through the same mode of payment as used during checkout.
