At "Dekor-Kase", we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. While we do not offer refunds, we provide a fair and transparent Exchange Policy to ensure customer satisfaction in genuine cases.
🔄 "Dekor-Kase" – Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
We allow exchanges only under the following reasons :
1. Wrong product delivered.
2. Product received in damaged or defective condition.
3. Product delivered with missing parts or accessories.
If any of the above three reasons is found valid, the product will be exchanged with another piece of the same product / model / version / colour as the one originally ordered. (provided the following conditions are fulfilled).
Any request to exchange the product with another product / model / version / colour that was not originally ordered, will not be accepted.
⏰ Exchange Request Window: Must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
📌 How to Request an Exchange:
Log in to My Account at www.dekor-kase.in and submit an exchange request.
Upload product images, invoice copy, packaging photos, and the unboxing video.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories intact.
🚫 No Exchange Will Be Accepted If:
The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Packaging or labels are tampered with.
Items are returned without essential parts or accessories.
The exchange request is made after 3 days of delivery.
🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are required to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
This video is compulsory for processing any exchange requests, as it serves as proof of delivery condition.
✨ Dekor-Kase Assurance: We believe in transparency, fairness, and customer care. While we follow a No Refund Policy, our Exchange Policy ensures that you receive exactly what you ordered – in perfect condition.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placement by writing to our support team, provided it is not yet shipped!
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
*** Fixed charges on Shipping Returns due non availability of customer or no response from customer :
If a shipment is returned due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or non-response, a fixed charge of Rs. 150 will be deducted. (applicable to both, COD as well as pre-paid orders.)
In case of COD, the full advance amount of Rs. 150 will be treated as this fixed charge and will be non-refundable.
In case of pre-paid orders, Rs. 150 will be deducted from the order value and the balance will be refunded to the customer, within 15 working days after the shipment is returned to us by our shipping partner.
📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours (2 working days).
No dispatches are made on Sundays.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the courier service and location.
Dekor-Kase is not responsible for courier delays, but our team will assist you in tracking your order.
