📦 Shipping Policy "Dekor-Kase"
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery across India takes 7 – 10 working days.(Delivery time may vary depending on courier serviceability and location.)
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders.
No additional charges for COD orders.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will be notified once the order is dispatched.
Orders can be tracked through the links shared with you by our shipping partner 'Shiprocket'.
5. Shipping Delays
Unexpected delays due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier strikes are beyond our control.If your parcel has not been delivered within 15 days, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or non-response, a fixed charge of Rs. 150 will be deducted. (applicable to both, COD as well as pre-paid orders.)
In case of COD, the full advance amount of Rs. 150 will be treated as this fixed charge and will be non-refundable.
In case of pre-paid orders, Rs. 150 will be deducted from the order value and the balance will be refunded to the customer, within 15 working days after the shipment is returned to us by our shipping partner
