RETURN POLICY

All Dekor-Kase products sold on www.dekor-kase.in have a 3 day return policy. You can place a return request from the My Orders section on the website for the products you wish to return, provided the following conditions are fulfilled.

 

Conditions for the 3 day return policy :

* In the highly unlikely event that you do not find our product/s satisfactory, you may return the same to us with the following conditions :

* Returns should be booked within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product at your end.

* The products must be returned undamaged, with all parts & with original packaging intact.

* In case the order consists of a set, all the pieces of the sets must be returned without any piece missing in the returned package.

* A nominal handling fee of Rs. 300/- will be deducted from the refund.

* Refund (after deducting a nominal handling fee of Rs. 300/- from the billed amount) will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item back at our company and after confirmation from our team that it has been received back with all the items (in case of a set) and in an undamaged & original condition!

* In case multiple products / SKUs have been ordered in the same order and only some items are being returned (not applicable to multiple items ordered in a set), any discount given at the time of purchase due to multiple products / SKUs ordering will be made invalid for calculation of the refund amount. A nominal handling fee of Rs. 300/- from the billed amount will also be deducted for partial return. Please note, partial return refers to return of a complete set / SKU out of multiple sets / SKUs oredered. Return of only some items out of a set / SKU is not allowed and will not be refunded at all.

 

Mode of refund :

For all refunds we will refund the amount through the same mode of payment as used during checkout by the customer.
